Senior CSA Engineer

Job Summary

The Senior Engineer (CSA - Civil/Structural/Architectural) will oversee technical aspects of the construction project, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficient execution. The role involves coordinating with design teams, supervising site works, and supporting project management in decision-making, planning, and problem resolution Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.

Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP engineers, and consultants to resolve design and technical issues.

Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Assist in construction sequencing, method statements, and temporary works planning.

Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress monitoring report findings to management.

Support cost control by reviewing material usage, workmanship, and variation claims.

Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff to ensure smooth project execution.

Attend project meetings and provide technical inputs for problem-solving and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction projects (high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred).

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes/regulations.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
