Yixin Precision is a vibrant company which was established in 1995 and incorporated as a private company in 2001. We provide services in mold making, plastic injection molding and assembly. Mold making include specialty mold for metal injection molding (MIM) and die casting molds. The end molded compoenents could be use for disposable medical devices or microfluidics chips.

QA ENGINEER

Singapore - North Region (Manufacturing Facility)

Employment Details

5 days' work week | 8.30am-6pm

Key Responsibilities

Lead a group of QA Inspectors and provide technical guidance on inspection and quality-related issues.

Support

First Article Inspection (FAI)

and Validation for new and modified products.

Support

MSA / Gauge R&R, calibration and measurement system

activities.

Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and

GD&T

requirements.

Establish and monitor

SPC, Cp/Cpk, and process capability

for critical characteristics,

Investigate internal quality issues, process defects and customer complaints.

Implement and follow up on

corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) .

Monitor quality trends, scrap, rejection and rework, and identify improvement opportunities.

Support customer, supplier, internal, and external quality audits.

Prepare quality reports, analysis, and presentations for management and customers.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in

Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering, Quality Engineering

or related discipline.

2-5 years of relevant QA / Quality Engineering experience

in manufacturing environment.

Experience in

plastic injection molding

will be highly advantageous.

Good knowledge of

engineering drawings and GD&T .

Experience with

CMM / Vision Management Systems

is preferred.

Knowledge of

SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, and Gauge R&R .

Experience with

FAI / PPAP / PFMEA / Control Plan

will be an advantage.

Knowledge of

ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485

will be an advantage.

Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team.
