Role Overview

Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring solutions are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards while coordinating across technical teams and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Understand business requirements and translate them into technical delivery plans.

Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

Lead and coordinate technical teams including developers and technical analysts.

Facilitate solution discussions with technology teams and stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and manage timely resolutions or escalations.

Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.

Support system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.

Define and oversee testing strategies and ensure resolution of critical defects.

Coordinate agile delivery activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

Prepare project status updates and facilitate governance meetings.

Ensure deliverables comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Skills & Requirements:-

Technology project delivery and team leadership

Agile/Scrum project coordination

Stakeholder and vendor management

Risk, issue, and change management

System integration and testing lifecycle coordination

Knowledge of API technologies (e.g., RESTful APIs)

Relevant experience in technology delivery, project management, or technical leadership roles.

Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex system implementations.

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Familiarity with system integration and API technologies is advantageous.
