Test Manager (AMK)

Job Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a team of test engineers to drive quality and collaboration.

Develop and implement test strategies, approaches, plans and test cases for software releases and infrastructure components.

Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, performance and security testing.

Work closely with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align testing priorities with project goals.

Manage test activities, resources and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Identify, report and track defects through to resolution, working closely with stakeholders and IT teams.

Ensure the overall quality of project deliverables.

Provide timely updates on test progress, results, risks and key issues to stakeholders.

Evaluate and implement testing tools and automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.

Produce testing documentation in line with project standards and frameworks.

Support projects throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and infrastructure.

Job Requirements Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

At least 8 years of system testing experience.

Proven experience leading and managing a team of testers.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools and techniques.

Strong hands-on experience in manual and/or automation test execution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and propose effective solutions.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
