5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with customers and suppliers on sales orders, enquiries and delivery arrangements.

Process sales orders, purchase orders and delivery orders accurately and promptly.

Support purchasing, receiving and order fulfilment activities.

Handle shipping documentation and coordinate deliveries with relevant parties.

Maintain accurate records, updates and administrative documentation.

Provide backup support for supply-chain and operational coordination when required.

Requirements:

ITE or Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.

At least 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service, sales coordination, order-processing or administrative experience.

Comfortable handling purchase orders, delivery orders and shipping-related coordination.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to handle business correspondence, quotations, service updates and follow-up communication with an existing group of customers who primarily communicate in Mandarin.
