Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive process analysis to evaluate workflow, layout, resources, and productivity to identify inefficiencies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and insights aimed at driving improvements and engaging in cost reduction initiatives.

Review and study proposals while utilizing IT tools to automate processes, decrease turnaround time, and develop simulation models for system enhancements.

Support the organization and facilitation of small group activities and layout projects within the factory.

Requirements

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.

Effective communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating independence and proactivity.

Positive attitude in a challenging work environment.

Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
