Project Management Executive

Brief Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Executive to oversee both short- and long-term projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource management. The ideal candidate will excel in performance monitoring and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, budget, schedule, and technical requirements aligned with strategic plans. Communicate effectively with upper management to ensure projects align with business goals and exert strategic influence. Monitor project progress, updating management on status, budgets, irregularities, and risks in a timely manner. Manage operational costs against project budgets to achieve revenue realization. Foster business partnerships with customers by identifying unstated assumptions, resolving conflicts, and addressing complex management issues. Recognize and assess risks that may impact project success, measuring them throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the performance of both internal and external service providers. Handle escalations professionally in interactions with vendors and customers. Conduct Scalability, Interoperability, and Portability analyses. Create comprehensive documentation including training guides, quality assurance guidelines, and project reports. Manage large and diverse teams across various project segments. Present data and updates on project performance to senior management.

Requirements

Minimum diploma in relevant disciplines or equivalent. At least 3 years of proven experience within the manufacturing sector. Strong business acumen with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
