Job Description

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Install, configure, and upgrade KLA software products at customer sites.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for customer issues.

Manage customer projects, including beta evaluations and new product adoption.

Work closely with HQ engineering, product teams, and local business units to resolve technical issues and support business objectives.

Prepare software documentation, training materials, and support records.

Escalate complex issues to R&D and collaborate on long-term fixes and product improvements

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Management Information System or related field

Proficient at MS Windows O.S Administration, Oracle DB Management, various non-relational DB experience, Cloud hosting applications experience

PowerShell scripting and MS SQL Server Administration Experience

Domain knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process

Experience installing and maintaining an enterprise application, such as DMS/YMS/MES system experience

Good software documentation skills

Good problem-solving skills

Customer facing project management experience is essential

Up to 30% International travel required
