Job Title: Data Analyst (Junior/Mid-Level)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and business-oriented

Data Analyst

to transform enterprise data into actionable insights, dashboards and recommendations. The role will support business functions such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Research Administration and Corporate Services.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze datasets to identify trends, risks and performance drivers, and provide actionable insights.

Design and maintain

Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards and reports , including data cleaning and transformation.

Query and analyse data using

SQL , including Snowflake or similar platforms.

Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements and data definitions.

Identify data quality issues and support data governance and documentation.

Collaborate with Data Engineers and stakeholders to validate data sources, logic and reporting outputs.

Perform ad-hoc analysis and develop reusable dashboards, communicating insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline.

Hands-on experience in

Power BI data cleaning, transformation and dashboard/report development is mandatory.

Strong

SQL

skills for

data analysi s and transformation.

Experience with

data visualization , storytelling and KPI reporting.

Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Candidates with relevant hands-on experience or demonstrated capability in Power BI data cleaning, transformation and dashboard development are encouraged to apply.
