Job Overview

We are looking for a

Temporary APAC A&O Team member

to support

air and ocean freight procurement activities

across the region.

The role will focus on

RFQ data validation, routing checks, rate compilation, and routing guide preparation . This is a good opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and interested in learning more about freight procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Verify transit times and routing information for air and ocean freight RFQs.

Support strategic account preparation and carrier solution validation.

Map awarded lane volumes against actual performance.

Compile and maintain awarded selling rates.

Prepare routing guides for awarded lanes.

Review and validate large volumes of air and ocean freight routing data.

Support the team in meeting multiple RFQ deadlines.

Assist with other freight procurement and data-related activities as required.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets.

Good working knowledge of

Microsoft Excel , including

Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP .

Comfortable handling large volumes of routing and freight data.

Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Comfortable working under tight timelines.

Meticulous, organised, and process-driven.

Willing to learn and understand air and ocean freight procurement processes.

Comfortable handling repetitive but important data validation tasks.
