Summary: The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the oversight & management of the Human Resources function, which includes Talent Acquisition for the Singapore location.
Principle Accountabilities:
Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the area of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts on a periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
Identify and propose additional opportunities for HR/decision-support analytics.
Maintains knowledge of HR policies, programs, laws, and issues. Understands the differences between domestic and international policies and programs and coordinates the integration of all such programs.
Provide strategic oversight and direction to the Company's benefits policy and practices.
To oversee and direct the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This includes developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Spearheads campaigns and sourcing initiatives for effective candidate pooling.
Prepare one-off and recurring reports using employee data in Workday and other data repositories.
