Job Description

System and Network (SI Environment)

Configure CISCO, Fortinet, Juniper, Firewall & Antivirus, and other security software.

Experience with CISCO core switches, Access Points (Wireless) such as Aironet / Meraki / HP Aruba.

Familiarize with CISCO Network LAN & WAN design.

Pre-sales to point-to-point and client VPN.

Set up and troubleshoot network technical skills, including CISCO routers, CISCO switches, wireless devices, Fortinet firewalls, load balancers, and system management tools like network analysis.

Install Windows Server OS, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft platform for servers, and PCs with hands‑on setup and configuration.

Set up/configure VMware, Exchange Server, SQL, and virtual servers, along with hardware configuration experience (server, external backup, UPS) in FAS System, HPE storage, Synology NAL, etc.

Requirements

Unified Communication experience desirable but not necessary.

Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or other professional certificates advantageous.

High School Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer Studies.

Minimum of 3 years of systems support with system integration (SI) experience preferred but not necessary.
