Regional Project Executive

Job Description

Job Summary

The Regional Project Executive will support the planning, coordination and implementation of regional business and operational projects across Singapore, headquarters and overseas offices. The role will work closely with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to coordinate project deliverables, monitor progress, analyse business performance and support the implementation of operational and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate regional business and operational projects across Singapore, headquarters and overseas offices, including tracking project timelines, deliverables, action items and follow-ups.

Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of regional projects and business initiatives from initiation through to completion.

Maintain project trackers, status reports, action logs and implementation plans to ensure timely progress and escalation of outstanding matters.

Prepare business presentations, management reports, meeting materials, project updates and other materials required for regional and management discussions.

Consolidate, analyse and interpret operational and commercial data, including shipment volumes, revenue, service performance, project progress and other relevant business metrics.

Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and, where applicable, Power BI, Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.

Monitor business and operational performance against agreed objectives and identify opportunities for process, service and operational improvement.

Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Customs, Product, Customer Service and other relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support project implementation.

Liaise with headquarters and overseas teams to align business requirements, project timelines, resources, responsibilities and implementation plans.

Support the documentation and standardisation of business processes, project procedures and operational requirements where required.

Assist with regional data collection, analysis and preparation of management insights to support business planning and decision-making.

Undertake other relevant business, operational and project-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidate with relevant experience in business operations, logistics, supply chain, international trade, project coordination, or related fields will be an advantage.

Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deliverables.

Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, customs, warehousing, transportation, or cross-border operations is advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.

Good written and spoken English to effectively engage with local and regional stakeholders.

Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required for this role due to the need to communicate regularly with Chinese-speaking headquarters and stakeholders, review Chinese-language business documents, and use internal business systems that primarily operate in Chinese.
