About the job Regional Technology Project Executive

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support

regional technology project initiatives , ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and deliverables

Track project progress and prepare

regular project status updates , reports, and documentation

Develop, enhance, and support

Microsoft Power Platform solutions

(PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for regional users

Support the

exploration and implementation of AI and GenAI-enabled solutions , particularly within PowerApps use cases

Assist in

internal GenAI tools training, user adoption, and change management activities

Perform

data extraction, reporting, and analysis

to identify improvement opportunities and potential risk areas

Work closely with

local, regional, and global stakeholders

to support project execution and key technology initiatives

Support

Technology Senior Leaders

with employee engagement activities, internal communications, and technology events

Provide

general administrative and coordination support

for the technology function

Requirements:

Degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

Experience or exposure to

technology projects or digital transformation initiatives

is an advantage

Knowledge of

Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) preferred

Exposure to

AI / Generative AI solutions is an advantage

Strong

coordination, analytical, and reporting skills

Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across

regional and global teams

Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

This is on 1 year contract, renewable basis.
