Job Summary

Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and oversee worker performance to maintain productivity and safety
Assign tasks to workers and monitor progress to ensure timely and proper completion
Enforce safety protocols and quality standards during all work activities
Communicate clearly with customers and management to address operational needs and resolve issues
Manage day-to-day operational challenges independently to sustain smooth workflow
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Supervisory or relevant work experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking work ethic
Ability to manage and coordinate workers efficiently
Capacity to work independently and take initiative
