Responsibilities

Prepare customer centric dashboard from customer account transaction channels

Customer Relationship Management CRM and external data source

Develop analytics framework for prospect customer target identification wallet share analysis propensity modeling and overall campaign management

Risk Management

Identify fraud case or associated pattern in data to assure sales quality and prioritization

Data Enhancement

Support data related projects eg data enrichment for both internal external data source data quality governance big data exploration

Requirements

University degree in Computer Science Finance Statistics Mathematics or any other quantitative related discipline

Experience in PowerBI, SSIS. SSAS, Data Modelling, SQL, Paginated Reports

Possess strong skills in data analytical tools such as SAS R and Python

Understand the concept of SQL and NOSQL data base

Knowledge and experience in big data machine learning or predictive algorithms natural language processing statistics modelling and data mining

Good experience with new technologies and data visualization tools such as QlikView or Tableau will be a strong plus

Experience in commercial bank is a plus

Interested in staying up to date on the latest analytics and big data technologies

Possess good business sense of their application in the commercial banking business

Attention to details with good communication and presentation skills
