Senior Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist the Construction Manager in supervising site activities to ensure smooth project execution

Coordinate project planning, documentation, and work execution on site to meet schedule and quality targets

Collaborate internally across departments and externally with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve project issues

Monitor and report weekly site progress, manpower mobilization, and materials planning to support informed decision-making

Attend site meetings and conduct inspections to enforce quality control and compliance with authority requirements

Ensure all project activities comply with Singapore legal requirements, statutory regulations, and quality standards

Manage submission processes for project documentation and approvals in a timely manner

Required competencies and certifications

Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board

Registration as Resident Engineer (RE) with BCA or IES

Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction project management

Proficient in MS Office, M.S. Project, and AutoCAD for project documentation and drawing submissions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience working on projects involving Land Transport Authority (LTA) regulations and standards
