Senior Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities

Take overall ownership of site engineering operations, maintenance services, and project delivery.

Lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors to achieve operational, safety, and service excellence targets.

Partner closely with clients and stakeholders, serving as the key point of contact for all engineering and facilities matters.

Drive asset reliability, preventive maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Plan and manage maintenance budgets, project costs, cash flow, and resource allocation.

Oversee the execution of upgrading, refurbishment, and improvement projects from planning through completion.

Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, workplace safety, and fire safety requirements.

Monitor performance metrics and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Foster a high-performance culture by coaching, developing, and leading site teams.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering with 5+ years of experience or Diploma with 8+ years of experience.

Strong background in facilities management, building services, or maintenance operations.

Experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering engineering projects.

Knowledge of statutory compliance, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), and fire safety requirements.
