24/7 Syscon Operator: Autonomous & Wireless Systems

Job Description

NCS is seeking a Syscon Operator for Autonomous and Wireless Systems to join its 24/7 NOC in Singapore. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and support mission-critical network and system operations, perform fault detection, configuration changes, and security enforcement.

You will handle fault management, configuration management, administration and user communication, performance and security management, and general support, with rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
