Who we’re looking for

Ability to read, analyze and interpret scientific data and publications

Ability to author or review protocols, technical reports and technology transfer documents.

Ability to author or review standard operating procedures and other related documents.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.

The Scope

The candidate will be a memberof the Systems and Infrastructure team that manages Servers, System, PaaS andSaaS.

Primary work location

AyerRajah Crescent, Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

Implementand maintain systems and services across all environments in accordance with Companystandards and policies.

Reviewor propose remediation solutions to address vulnerabilities identified andensure the solutions are implemented within reasonable timeframe.

Manage,coordinate, and implement software/system upgrades and patches.

Provideremote and onsite support to all computer users.

Executedaily tasks including hardware maintenance, backup status check, support andoptimized key functional areas such as network, server, data communication,telecommunications system and security.

Participatein all infrastructure improvement activities.

Ensureproper IT infrastructure policies, standards, procedures and risk controls arefollowed during issues resolution.

Requirements

Diplomaor Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.

Experiencein Azure cloud and Microsoft 365.

Experiencein drafting and executing Computer System Validation and Qualification such as IQ,OQ and PQ.

Possessa valid certification in Microsoft Windows Server or equivalent.

Experiencein facility related software and system preferred.

Proficientin MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Ableto work independently and task oriented.

Strongteam player with a strong set of interpersonal skills.
