Job Description

Sofitel Singapore City Centre is seeking a Cost Control & Analysis professional to perform precise menu and recipe costing, monitor costs against budget, and collaborate with F&B and kitchen teams to optimise profitability.

You will prepare weekly and monthly cost reports, review sales vs production, manage inventory par levels, and contribute to cost control initiatives in a luxury setting.
