Job Description

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a Cost Controller for METT Singapore and SUSHISAMBA to oversee daily receipt of goods, inventory movements, and cost control with a focus on profitability and operational standards.

You will monitor F&B costs, prepare variance analyses, and ensure accurate records. Collaboration across operations, purchasing, and finance is essential to drive cost efficiencies in a high-volume hospitality setting.
