Senior Information Technology Manager

Overview: You will be the driving force behind our digital transformation. You will lead the IT team, oversee all technology operations, and ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with the school's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement the school's technology roadmap including leading and mentoring the team, manage budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strategic investment.

Network, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity: Design, maintain, and secure a robust network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN, cloud, servers). Implement and oversee cybersecurity protocols to protect data and digital assets.

Educational Technology & Application Management: Oversee the adoption and integration of EdTech tools (e.g., Seesaw, iSAMS, SchoolsBuddy). Manage the school's LMS, SIS, ERP, and digital learning platforms.

Support, Training & Community Engagement: Provide reliable technical support, develop and deliver IT training programs to boost digital literacy across the school.

Compliance & Vendor Management: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., PDPA). Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners. Oversee data governance, backup, disaster recovery, and IT policy development.

Requirements:

Possesses Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field and Certifications in ITIL, PMP, CISM, or relevant technical fields (a plus)

Minimum 8 years of IT management experience, preferably in an educational or large organizational setting

Strong expertise in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions

Hands-on experience with EdTech platforms (Seesaw, iSAMS, SchoolsBuddy, LMS, SIS)

Knowledge of data management, compliance, and digital learning trends.
