Design, implement, and maintain secure network architecture including segmentation, VLAN standards, firewall policies, VPN, and Wi-Fi security.

Enforce network best practices and establish configuration baselines with regular compliance reviews across all sites.

Lead cybersecurity governance—MFA, RBAC, access reviews, acceptable use enforcement, and adherence to security policies/SOPs.

Drive CyberTrust/CSA certification readiness, coordinate evidence collection, remediation activities, and audit engagement.

Oversee incident response operations, maintain IR playbooks, manage escalations, and conduct post-incident reviews.

Manage identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver) for employees, vendors, and contractors aligned to KA's account management SOP.

Conduct vulnerability management, patch governance, continuous monitoring, and proactive threat mitigation.

Lead and manage a regional Helpdesk team across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and China, ensuring consistent service quality.

Maintain and improve the IT Helpdesk knowledge base, SOPs, FAQs, and self-help guides to raise first-contact resolution.

Plan and execute infrastructure refresh projects—network devices, switches, firewalls, and endpoint security enhancements.

Manage vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance, contract optimisation, and reducing dependency via internal capability building.

Lead user awareness and cybersecurity training programmes, including phishing prevention and system-usage compliance.

Maintain documentation & audit readiness, including network diagrams, policy updates, asset inventory, and site-specific technical records.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering or equivalent.

Professional certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCNA/CCNP (Security), ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor

8–12 years total IT experience, with 3–5 years in a manager / team lead capacity.

Proven experience managing multi-site network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing/switching, Wi-Fi security, firewalls, VPN).

Demonstrated track record leading cybersecurity governance, including MFA, RBAC, access reviews, policy enforcement, and compliance.

Experience running incident response, threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and post-incident reviews.

Experience managing small IT helpdesk teams (SG, MY, PH, CN) including SLA management and escalation workflows.

Prior involvement in audit or certification programmes (e.g., CSA CyberTrust, ISO 27001) is highly advantageous.

Solid vendor management experience, evaluating MSPs, enforcing SLAs, and building internal capability to reduce outsourcing dependence.

Strong documentation experience (policies, SOPs, diagrams, inventories).

Ability to work effectively across multilingual, cross-country teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
