About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin professional to join XIN ZEXIN ELECTRIC PET LTD in a full-time capacity, based in the Tuas West Region. This is a pivotal support role that will provide essential administrative and organizational services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business. You will be at the heart of our operations, coordinating activities across departments and supporting our leadership team to achieve business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Managing general administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation

Coordinating shipments, prepare quotation, DO, Invoice, and tracking action items to completion

Maintaining filing systems and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping

Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication

Processing administrative requests and supporting day-to-day office operations

Assisting with sales coordination, delivery arrangements, and project management

Providing support to sales and operation team with various administrative duties as required

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative matters

What we're looking for

Good team player with a responsible attitude

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with professional presentation abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy

Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities

Familiarity with office management systems and administrative software is advantageous
