ServiceNow Developer/ Technical Lead

Contract Duration: 12 months, with potential to extend Location: Singapore

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead the end-to-end solution architecture, design, development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on Field Service Management (FSM) . This is a hands-on technical leadership role, where you will provide technical direction while remaining actively involved in the delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design.

Design, develop, configure, and customise ServiceNow FSM modules, workflows, business rules, Script Includes, and integrations.

Translate business and resiliency requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.

Support system testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Conduct code and solution reviews and establish development standards.

Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and guide the development team.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience , including at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development .

Strong hands-on experience in both server-side and client-side ServiceNow scripting.

Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Client Scripts, and UI Policies .

Experience with REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.

Recent experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions .

Experience managing update sets, application scopes, and ServiceNow version upgrades .

Ability to work independently, make technical design decisions, and lead and mentor development teams.
