Responsibilities

Analyze publisher and advertiser journeys to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve bid requests, conversions, and overall performance.

Partner with commercial teams to adapt strategies for diverse global markets. Tooling & Insights Innovation

Develop self-service dashboards (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) to empower 100+ global team members with actionable insights.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Quantitative Economics

Experience- 35 years in product analytics, data science, or similar roles, ideally within ad tech, fintech, or SaaS industries. Expertise in programmatic advertising is highly valued.

Proficient in SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy) for analyzing large-scale DSP/SSP logs.

Bilingual in English & Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin Speaking stakeholders
