Job Responsibilities

Provide L2 application and production support for Java/J2EE applications.

Troubleshoot application issues using SQL and Linux/Unix.

Support web applications, batch jobs and production systems.

Monitor incidents and resolve issues within SLA.

Work closely with development and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.

Minimum 1 year of Application/Production Support experience, or Java Developers willing to move into a support role.

Good knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL and Linux/Unix.

Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBoss, MariaDB and Shell scripting.

Banking industry experience is an advantage.

Strong willingness to learn, teamwork and ownership mindset.

Shift Requirement

Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
