Job Description

Adventus is an ICT Solutions and Services Provider delivering transformation for clients worldwide. The role focuses on hands-on desktop and printing support with 1st and 2nd line resolution, addressing issues across Windows OS, MS Office, networking, email and copier devices.

The successful candidate will be stationed at a client site for long periods, requires Mandarin basics, strong customer service, and teamwork to ensure seamless service delivery.
