Artificial Intelligence Engineer

I'm working with a fast-growing technology company that is building AI-powered products and scalable platform capabilities to support smarter user growth and faster experimentation.

This role is ideal for a strong backend or full-stack engineer who enjoys turning AI capabilities into real, production-ready products.

You'll work closely with product, design, data, and engineering teams to own features end-to-end — from business requirements and system design through backend services, APIs, data models, deployment, and production iteration.

What you'll be working on:

Build and iterate on core frontend/backend platform features

Design scalable APIs, services, and data models

Develop secure and reliable production backend systems

Integrate LLMs / GenAI into real product workflows

Build AI experiences that are understandable, verifiable, and reversible

Work closely with product and business teams to turn ideas into usable products

Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, and delivery practices

What we're looking for:

3+ years of backend/full-stack engineering experience

Strong foundation in system design, coding, and troubleshooting

Experience with Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, Node.js or similar technologies

Experience with relational databases and object/file storage

Exposure to LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, tool/function calling, MCP, or GenAI applications

Strong product sense and ability to own features from idea to production

Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining strong engineering quality
