Job Summary

You will perform various accounting and administrative tasks, including filing, answering phone inquiries, bookkeeping, invoice issuance, stock monitoring, and preparing reports to support smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain organized files and records to ensure easy retrieval and accuracy

Respond promptly and professionally to phone inquiries to support internal and external communication

Update basic bookkeeping and cash book records to track financial transactions accurately

Manage general office organization to maintain an efficient work environment

Issue invoices and coordinate delivery and pickup to support sales and logistics processes

Monitor stock levels and create purchase orders to maintain adequate inventory

Compile quarterly GST summaries to ensure tax compliance

Generate monthly accounting reports using Autocount software to support financial analysis

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin

Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles to perform duties effectively

Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn

Proficient in MS Office applications to support documentation and reporting

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities

Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent educational qualification

Candidates with AutoCount experience will be an advantage

Training will be provided. Suitable for candidates who are looking to gain experience in administration and accounting
