IT Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers and Engineers in delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

Prepare and maintain project documentation and coordinate with subcontractors.

Perform system deployment, configuration, database setup, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Support and maintain Microsoft Windows OS, Windows Servers, and IT infrastructure.

Configure network devices, perform IP addressing, network connectivity checks, and basic switch configuration.

Install, test, debug, and troubleshoot IT systems and applications.

Support system integration, testing (UAT/FAT/SAT), staging, and production deployment.

Prepare technical documentation and provide support for tender submissions where required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in system deployment, system integration, or IT infrastructure.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Windows Server, networking, and database administration.

Experience with database setup, backup, recovery, and data migration.

Familiarity with Active Directory, MFA/2FA, Patch Management, MDM, Antivirus, or other enterprise infrastructure technologies.

Experience with system integration, testing, and deployment activities.

Knowledge of MS SQL, VAPT, software development, physical security systems (CCTV, Access Control), or high availability technologies is an advantage.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
