Job Description

Focused on the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment within a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

Maintenance & Calibration:Perform Preventive/Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) on plant instrumentation, process analyzers, and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) electrical equipment to ensure high reliability and compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Troubleshooting & Repairs:Diagnose, locate, and repair faulty instrumentation (PT, DPT, LT, TT), control systems, and electrical components.

Project & Commissioning Support:Participate in new project construction, installation, and commissioning activities, including punch listing, loop checks, and testing of new plant equipment.

Documentation & Compliance:Update and maintain maintenance records (using systems like Maximo/SAP), technical drawings (CAD/3D models), and calibration data to meet FDA, EU, and HSA audit requirements.

Safety & 5S:Adhere strictly to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Education:Diploma or NTC in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Prior experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical plant maintenance

Proficiency in PLC, DCS, automation, and instrumentation calibration
