Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise M&E works including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and other building services.
Review M&E drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure alignment with architectural and structural plans.
Liaise with consultants, M&E subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site and design issues.
Monitor progress of M&E works on-site and report to Project Manager regularly.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Attend coordination meetings and assist in the integration of M&E systems with overall project planning.
Track and manage materials, tools, and manpower requirements for M&E installations.
Ensure proper documentation and assist with testing and commissioning processes.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
At least
3–5 years
of experience in M&E coordination in construction or engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and M&E schematics.
Good communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or Revit MEP knowledge is a plus.
