.Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers

.Troubleshoot equipment, application, and process-related issues

Project Management & Coordination

.Coordinate project activities between customers and internal teams (R&D, Production, Sales)

.Support project timelines, deliverables, and milestones

Technical Training & Enablement

.Conduct technical training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders

.Prepare training materials, user manuals, and application guides

Market Research & Feedback

.Gather customer feedback on product performance and requirements

.Provide insights to internal teams for product improvement and development

.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Customer-Side Sample Testing

.Support and conduct sample testing at customer sites

.Analyze test results and provide technical recommendations

New Equipment Validation & Management

.Perform installation, setup, and validation of new equipment

.Ensure compliance with customer specifications and standards

Requirements:

.Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics)
