People Development Intern: Learning Programs & HR Data

Job Description

Fazz Financial is seeking a detail-oriented HR assistant to support People Development initiatives in Singapore. You will help coordinate programs such as Learning Month and assist in the end-to-end performance review process, including data preparation, tracking and administrative support.

You will also maintain and update employee data and organizational structure in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all people development related processes, with a focus on documentation and
