ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Salary: SGD $2,500-$2,800

Only for Singaporean & Permanent Resident

Working Location: West Area

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate with mechanics, customers and operations team

Answer phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries

Assist with scheduling and workshop co-ordination jobs

Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel)

Good communication and organizational skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team
