Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support (data entry, filing and documentation) for workshop day-to-day operations

Coordinate with Workshop Supervisor / Manager to support for quotation creation, servicing and other package price list to be updated within the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) .

Finalize customer registration details in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP)

Liaise with other business units to keep fleet listing updated

Coordinate with Customer Service Advisor on appointment bookings and workshop scheduling

Provide administrative support on accident reporting

Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners where required

Requirements

With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage

Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Team player and positive working attitude

Willing to work 5.5 days.
