Job Description

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Events Coordinator in Singapore to coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for programmes and events. You will prepare materials, manage inventory, and work with vendors to ensure smooth execution of conferences, meetings, and corporate functions.

You will liaise with clients and stakeholders, handle catering, AV, transportation and networking activities, arrange travel and accommodation for attendees, and assist with ad hoc duties as needed.
