Job Description

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an Executive Director, Loyalty to lead the Bank's consumer loyalty programmes and shape the rewards ecosystem. You will own loyalty strategy, partnership economics, and the One Loyalty System, driving customer engagement, rewards funding, and sustainable profitability.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will partner with Finance, Technology, Marketing and Risk to align priorities, govern the programme, and accelerate innovation.
