Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Growth Develop new business opportunities within Semiconductor Equipment, Factory Automation and Module Products.

Identify manufacturing challenges and recommend suitable MISUMI solutions.

Achieve sales, gross profit and new customer acquisition targets.

Maintain opportunities and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.

Prepare quotations and negotiate within approval authority.

Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with OEM, EMS, System Integrators and End Users.

Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.

Provide timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations and after-sales support.

Technical Solution Consulting Understand customer manufacturing processes and qualification requirements.

Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Work closely with Product Management, Customer Service and Operations to deliver solutions.

Market Intelligence & Internal Collaboration Monitor competitors and similar suppliers.

Share market intelligence and customer insights.

Support continuous improvement and strategic business initiatives

Essential Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 3-5 years of B2B technical sales experience.

Experience in Factory Automation, Industrial Automation or Semiconductor industry.

Direct B2B sales experience with End Users, OEM, EMS or System Integrators.

Knowledge of semiconductor equipment qualification processes is advantageous.

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Preferred Experience Experience selling Module Products, FA components or precision machinery.

Familiarity with competitors

Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, automation equipment or production engineering.
