Job Responsibilities

Work within the maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) department to provide maintenance, repair, overhaul services, technical assistance in robotic system deployments, troubleshoot issues with deployments and be a point of contact for escalated technical issues from clients and onsite engineering staff

Collaborate with Technical and Support teams on product issues

Work with cross-functional teams on resolving complex technical issues

Provide superior customer service to all clients, internal and external

Actively and continuously update technical skills

Requirements

Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Robotics (or a related discipline), or equivalent professional experience

Strong, demonstrable experience with ROS and Linux environment preferably

Ability to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing

Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively

Prefer candidate to have experiences in ROS and related areas, along with strong interpersonal skills to manage interactions with customers, vendors and on-site staff

This high-visibility role will provide the opportunity to work will all technical groups within our organization, and provide a career path into leading a team of technicians

Willing to work shift and standby for activation to customer site after office hours or on weekend
