Description:

5 days work week

Basic up to $9.600 + Bonuses

Jobscope:

Champion robust processes/methods that meet requirements of airworthiness authorities and OEM's by performing regular audits & follow-up action plan.

To champion initiatives in Lean Sigma practices, HSE, Ergonomics, standardizing best practices in all Value Streams for the special processes in compliance with Group-level policies.

Lead the improvement projects utilizing Lean-Sigma methodology to meet Policy Deployment initiatives.

Provide technical leadership & resources to resolve issues pertaining to repair/overhaul of landing gears & related components.

Establish new special process capability as well as providing training to workshop personnel.

Provides system engineering and technical support to maximize plant reliability, efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance

Lead the renovation, facilities improvement and upgrading project works.
