Your Role as an IT Support Engineer

As the frontline of our IT operations, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring smooth daily functioning for our internal teams and customers. Your work helps power Asiacloud's mission to deliver top-tier service every day.

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues onsite or remotely.

Manage IT support tickets and follow up promptly with users.

Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and device setup.

Maintain IT assets and documentation.

Support network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi), VPN, and shared resources.

Perform imaging, installation, upgrades, and configuration of desktops/laptops.

Set up and maintain AV equipment in meeting rooms.

What We're Looking For

NITEC/Diploma in IT or related fields (or equivalent).

Fresh graduates are welcome 1-2 years of experience is an advantage.

Familiarity with Windows OS, macOS, M365, and basic networking concepts.

A strong problem-solving attitude and commitment to customer service.

Willingness to travel to client sites when required.

Someone who values teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.
