Job Description:
Perform quality inspection and testing of machines before delivery.
Conduct machine checking, functional testing, and final quality verification.
Identify and report machine defects, abnormalities, or non-conformities in accordance with company inspection standards.
Work closely with the Production, Electrical Design, Mechanical Design and Software teams to ensure machine quality meets specifications.
Coordinate on machine acceptance and quality documentation.
Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports to ensure all machines meet quality standards and achieve zero-defect delivery.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes
Requirements
Degree/Diploma/Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related discipline.
Preferably least 2 years of working experience in Industrial Automation field or similar field.
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical assembly, and machine troubleshooting.
Familiar with quality inspection procedures and testing equipment.
Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
