Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Attend to customers' enquiries via hotline and sometimes email
Proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
Achieve individual and team KPI set by the management
Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess Call Centre experience
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to work on weekends (Will have some weekends off)

Working Hour: Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week (including weekends)
Location: CBD
Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB
