Bandsaw Machine Operator (Meat Processing Experience Required)

Job Description

Meat Cutting:

Safely operate bandsaw machines and knives to break down, trim, and portion meat cuts accurately to maximize yield and minimize waste.

Equipment Maintenance:

Set blade tension, ensure blade sharpness, and carry out routine adjustments for different meat types.

Safety & Hygiene:

Follow food safety standards, wear required PPE, and sanitize machines and work areas daily.

Packing Support:

Help with weighing, labeling, packaging, and basic production tallying when required.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating bandsaws in meat processing.

Good knowledge of meat cuts and butchery techniques.

Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and cold-room working environments.

Dependable team player with strong hygiene habits and safety awareness.
