Job Overview:

The IT Administrator ensures daily operations by providing end-user support and managing cloud, server, and network infrastructures. This role is responsible for proactive cybersecurity threat monitoring, maintaining a secure environment, and executing strategic IT projects. Ultimately, this position bridges technical troubleshooting with infrastructure optimization to drive enterprise productivity and security.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide support for hardware, software, and SaaS applications

Administer hybrid environments (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Linux)

Monitor network health, manage switches, and wireless infrastructure; troubleshoot connectivity and optimize bandwidth

Monitor SPLUNK and security dashboards for anomalies; conduct vulnerability checks, enforce MFA/Zero Trust policies, and execute incident response reporting

Scope and execute projects such as endpoint management (INTUNE) rollouts, network upgrades, and disaster recovery testing; document standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity

3 - 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT support, Cloud/Systems Administration, Network Engineering, and Security Operations Center monitoring

Strong proficiency in cloud administration (M365/Azure), network and computer troubleshooting, and automation scripting (PowerShell/Python)

Hands-on experience with security monitoring tools (SPLUNK/Crowdstrike) and endpoint management (INTUNE)

Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, Security EC Council CEH or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are highly preferred
