L3 Engineer

Responsibilities

Perform corrective maintenance, patching, and upgrade support for Microsoft Entra Connect and Zscaler environments.

Provide onsite, end-to-end infrastructure support, with assistance from L1 and remote support resources.

Manage Microsoft Entra Connect synchronization, connectors, Entra ID connectivity, and Pass-through Authentication (PTA) troubleshooting.

Support Zscaler components, including ZPA, ZIA, App Connectors, Private Service Edge, Log Streaming Service, and Nanolog Streaming Service.

Provide infrastructure-level support for SQL Server.

Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux/Red Hat operating systems.

Plan and execute security patching, OS and firmware upgrades, compatibility assessments, and rollback procedures.

Perform root-cause analysis, document incidents, and coordinate vendor escalations with Microsoft, Zscaler, and Red Hat.

Requirements

8–10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, administration, or operations.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra Connect, including synchronization, connectors, Entra ID connectivity, and PTA troubleshooting.

Experience with Zscaler ZPA, ZIA, App Connectors, Private Service Edge, Log Streaming Service, and Nanolog Streaming Service.

Experience in SQL Server infrastructure-level support.

Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows Server and Linux/Red Hat operating systems.

Experience in security patch management, OS and firmware upgrades, compatibility assessments, and rollback procedures.

Experience in root-cause analysis, incident documentation, and vendor escalations involving Microsoft, Zscaler, and Red Hat.
