Job Description

UST is seeking a highly motivated ATE MBIST Engineer to drive memory BIST test development, validation, and production deployment for advanced semiconductor products. The role requires close collaboration with Design, DFT, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure robust MBIST test coverage and high-volume manufacturing readiness.
